Assume leadership of our consumer division’s Demand Planning activities and build consensus between commercial forecasts, financial trend, and sales history to guarantee consistency in global sales forecasts.
Support division sales and profit growth goals and drive improvement in sales forecast accuracy by coordinating the S&OP process with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Planning, Business Planning, and Finance).
In conjunction with Sales and KASCs, contribute to flawless launch execution to ensure that our plan is realized on NPDs.
Lead and adhere to the Key Performance Indicators regarding the accuracy of forecasts, tracking KPIs, and planning improvements.
Be accountable for the achievement of objectives and the implementation of best practices in conjunction with our Local Business Owner (LBO) and the Asia Pacific Zone.
Manage, recruit, and grow his or her team while ensuring the transfer of best practices and the growth of demand planning expertise. Carry out hierarchical changes in accordance with spending plans and patterns.

Job Requirements

  • You have 5+ years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • You will be passionate about ensuring a high level of compliance and execution
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels within the business.
