About Company

You will be a part of the newly established Jreissati Pancreatic Centre at Epworth (JPCE), a philanthropic-funded comprehensive center at Epworth HealthCare devoted to improving the lives of pancreatic cancer patients, in this permanent, full-time position. You will work with a close-knit team and be responsible for providing administrative support to the JPCE’s clinical and research teams. You will report to the Program Manager. You will be joining a team that is extremely passionate and committed to providing our patients with the best possible care in this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contributing to excellent customer service, patient care and data management
  • Handling patient and medical staff enquiries in person, over the phone or via email
  • Assisting with the booking, rescheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Maintaining centre records, including preparing and scanning documentation to ensure records are complete.

Job Requirements

  • Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Previous experience in providing administrative support within a healthcare or similar setting
  • Suitable communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team and to liaise confidently and courteously with people at all levels
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
