You will be responsible for coordinating service delivery across the store’s various areas in your new position. You will promote a positive culture within the store that is focused on safety and teamwork by inspiring, coaching, and leading your team to assist customers in achieving their big ideas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the rest of the store leadership team to achieve team KPIs and our shared purpose. You will be working a rotating roster and will be required to work one weekend out of every three to ensure coverage across our store’s hours.   • Previous experience in a retail management role where you have led a team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
