Martinus is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Plant team at our Rocklea office. This role will work closely with the Fleet Manager and also provide support to the Finance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing 
  • Assisting with insurance claims
  • Coordinating minor repairs
  • Internal recharging
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Goods receipting 
  • Generating reports
  • Month-end reporting
  • Cost allocations
  • Labor allocations
