We are seeking a senior Executive Assistant with solid corporate and prominent Board level experience for this part-time or full-time position. This is a challenging, fast paced and highly varied role that will suit a strategic yet hands-on Executive Assistant who takes pride in delivering smooth, efficient management support and customer service excellence.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of organisational and administrative assistance to several Executive General Managers. Assist members of P, C & C with designated tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of senior-level corporate Executive Assistance experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
- Superior organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and confidence | proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Confidence in dealing with high-profile stakeholders.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
