You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
Competitive hourly pay and super full-time, part-time, or casual contracts are available. Flex-Up allows you to work more overtime and increase your income. Job Responsibilities
- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
Job Requirements
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Morning, Afternoon, or Night Shifts across a seven-day roster
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
