We have an exciting permanent position for a Civil Operator in Geraldton, which has numerous amenities like excellent beaches, sporting clubs, retail outlets, and other excellent recreational amenities. The position is based in Geraldton. In the Geraldton Murchison District, the successful candidate will be part of a great team that is in charge of operating and maintaining water supply and sewage systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Positive Customer interaction
• Completing scheduled work to time and quality standards.
• Working with other parties including contractors and other utilities in the delivery of operations and maintenance requirements.
• Carrying out operations and maintenance tasks using specialist tools, plant and equipment supplied for such activity.
• Actively participating in continuous improvements in safety

Job Requirements

• Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence
• Experience in water supply and wastewater systems
• Background-associated industries including plumbing and water systems
• Background in civil works working in a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to complete Certificate III Water Industry Operations and all provided training.
