The National Health Client Director will be assisted in implementing the WSP Property and Buildings Health Sector Strategy by the Health Sector Project Manager, who will also be responsible for project delivery, scope management, client management, and business development for health sector projects across Australia.
During the project delivery phases, the position will assist the Health Client Director in providing strategic advice to stakeholders and business partners in the health sector. This will ensure client and partner satisfaction and healthy long-term relationships.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, with a solid knowledge across the property and buildings sector
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering in the infrastructure/construction sector, with a focus on Health and Buildings experience
- Candidates with an engineering qualification / background experience would be advantageous
- Previous accountability for project / business / department financial performance (profit and loss).
- Strong contacts within the Health Government Departments, private health providers, local government, and the related Buildings / Health industry.
- Demonstrated experience in working with a Health design services contract, PPP project delivery, D & C contract arrangements
