Job Responsibilities

Our client is an established, residential builder located in the North Shore of Sydney. Working across their two brands and reporting into their dynamic leadership team, you will work across;

  • Designing and rolling out overarching marketing strategy with key measurements noted, generating strong response and bringing eyes to the business
  • Marketing reports
  • Graphic design & creation for both digital and print content
  • Organising quotes for all printing (brochures, signage, booklets, branded merchandise, etc)
  • Social media management with an eye for content
  • Strong communications across content creation such as case studies, employee bios, etc 
  • Managing & updating website through WORDPRESS
  • Liaising with and managing external contractors (SEO & Programmatic ads)
  • Creating monthly EDM’s
  • Photography & videography of display homes, both shooting and editing 
  • Organising new display home launches, events & trade shows
  • Supporting the Home Consultant team as required 
  • Ad-hoc marketing support as required

Job Requirements

For fulfilment of this role you will possess;

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working win a similar role
  • Experience in the construction or property industry essential
  • A degree in public relations, communication, journalism or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing and content creation
  • You will be creative and have out-side-the-box thinking
  • Strong social media marketing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
