Job Responsibilities

  • Problem solving and investigating issues assigned to you across the CRM and employer solution squad
  • Responsible for the platform mail box – responding to queries and assigning tasks to squad (approx. 20-50 email per day)
  • Requesting access for new users
  • Finance management for the platform and supporting the product owner on the budget
  • Preparation of release comms, platform issue comms across the CRM and employer solutions platform and supporting the product owner with stakeholder/client meetings
  • Supports business critical applications; ensures monitoring is in place, identifies and reports on service issues, and formulates proposals for problem resolutions and/or improvements.
  • Ensures appropriate support documentation are completed and maintained in Confluence and the shared drive
  • Helps to investigate, triage, diagnose and resolve issues, working with stakeholders and clients, other IT departments and suppliers as appropriate; Helps to provide support until tickets are resolved.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years demonstrated business analyst and / or technical business support experience
  • Superannuation knowledge to understand the employer contribution aspects
  • Experience / knowledge of Salesforce, or alternative CRM, or employer clearing house platforms is a bonus
  • Experience in a tech environment
  • SQL skills and experience with databases a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Strong business, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated with plenty of energy and drive to succeed
  • Flexible approach, thriving on change and innovation, balanced by attention to detail and structured
