About Company
The primary role of the demand generation specialist is to control and manage our demand generation strategy in order to meet revenue goals by identifying prospects for sales and company expansion. Working with the larger Awareness team as well as Business Development, Product, Technology, and Customer Operations will be a requirement of the role. It is crucial that we drive the macro strategy of tracking qualifying pipeline targets and deliver value by understanding each awareness channel and its associated strategy in order to continually improve how we generate leads for the business. Job Responsibilitiess
The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
- Driving demand generation programs including account-based campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, and sponsored EDMs and events activities to support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals.
- Plan, manage and improve our digital marketing performance and goal setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions (SEO, CPC, email, Re-targeting, Display, Content Syndication and Social Media).
- Report on campaign performance so we know exactly what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best reach our goals. You’ll ensure we have detailed insight into all funnel metrics and the ROI across every acquisition channel.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to control the demand generation budget, conducting data analysis required to inform decisions to reallocate budgets and communicate ROI per channel/tactic. Proactively communicate strategic shifts in budget and planning.
- Partner with our SDR team to prioritise, qualify and score leads, and support SDR prospecting programs.
- Manage and oversee website experiments geared towards optimising conversion of landing pages and signup flows for our inbound lead traffic. Continuously run experiments to optimise conversion rates across all key conversion paths.
Job Requirements
Requirements to be considered for this position include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, SaaS and high-growth marketing experience
- 3+ years of demand generation management in a SaaS environment. Can set it up, run it and constantly improve it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with people at different levels and backgrounds
- Fluency with Google Analytics & marketing automation software (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- An innovative approach to fashioning intrepid marketing strategies, and with the experience & ability to focus in on the analytical detail to make it a reality
- Sound strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
