We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist Job at Comfy AU JAN 2023.

  • Continuous Improvement Specialist Job
  • Sydney, Australia
  • Full-time

About Company

Our team is passionate and diverse, and our goal is to build the most adored short-term rental and hospitality company in the world. We make it possible for Real Estate Agencies to manage short- and mid-term rentals on a larger scale and for property owners to generate higher rental returns by combining a professional, customer-centric approach with our proprietary technology.

Guests of MadeComfy, on the other hand, enjoy home comforts like private, self-contained spaces with a full kitchen, separate living and working areas, fast internet, and contactless self-check-in. They also get the best parts of a hotel like professional cleaning standards, high-quality linens, towels, and amenities, 24/7 support, and an easy online booking process, regardless of whether they book their MadeComfy directly or through Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO.

We are aware that shared values, beliefs, and behaviors constitute culture, which cannot exist solely within a single individual. We view our core values—Truth, Agility, Empowerment, and Wow—as timeless guiding principles that unite us and enhance our abilities.

This position will require in-depth process mapping of both previously undocumented and existing processes in order to help the company grow.

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will provide feedback on ways to work and optimize processes in addition to simply documenting processes.

This is a role that requires a lot of teamwork, and the person in it will involve every team in the company to get feedback and do good change management.

Finding a balance between best-in-class guest experiences, owner experiences, and business growth and sustainability will be the focus of the Continuous Improvement Specialist, who will become an expert in the company’s products and services.
