Job Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for experienced Project Managers/Property Specialists to join our Project Property Services team on a Fixed Term 2 year basis or 1 x Permanent Opportunity.
  • This role will see you playing an important part in supporting our Sydney Development and Delivery project offices across a range of property matters. You’ll provide advice and help connect project teams to our other Property Group sub-groups to ensure projects have access to the right resources and services.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly, with the opportunities for roles to be based out of our Sydney metro offices and regional locations including Wollongong, Parkes or Wagga Wagga.  Some travel to project locations will also be required.

  • You’re skilled at building relationships and influencing others, bringing people on the journey with you to help drive the best outcomes for our projects. You’re someone who can see the bigger picture – always ensuring we’re delivering the best for our customers and NSW communities.
  • To be successful in this role, you can demonstrate:
  • Experience across project management and property, ideally within the context of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects
  • Verbal and written communication skills – you’re able to tailor your communication style to people from all walks of life, handle difficult conversations with sensitivity, give clear and accurate instructions and produce professional written communications.
