A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Front Desk Manager to assist the Rooms Division Manager in overseeing and managing all operational departments of the Crown Towers hotel.

You will oversee the Front Desk department’s operations as Front Desk Manager by making sure quality standards are always fulfilled and we continue to offer all our customers a first-rate customer experience.

We’re looking for devoted leader to support and develop the Front Office Team, able to forge strong connections across many departments, and to continue to uphold and foster a pleasant work environment within the team.

You will work closely with Crown’s Senior Management to meet the short- and long-term goals for the hotel’s front office in addition to making sure the greatest level of customer satisfaction is realised.

Job Responsibilities

  • Extensive Front Office experience within a luxury hotel property
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through the ability to train, motivate and develop your Front Office team
  • Demonstrated ability to provide and improve customer service with both internal and external customers and ensure service delivery is aligned to the Crown Brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed satisfaction levels
  • Demonstrated change management experience

Job Requirements

  • Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with stakeholders
  • Experience in strategy development and business planning
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of products and OPERA
