Job Responsibilities

• Full-stack troubleshooting – including network, hardware and software
• Communicate with customers on technical matters both orally and in writing
• Collaborate with other teams to test new products and identify bugs
• Diagnose and correct limitations with existing software applications
• Writing technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of network fundamentals – HTTP, TCP/IP, DHCP, Ethernet/Cabling
• Experience with Linux and Python
• Preferably with industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, Network+, etc.)
• Passion for technology
