We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Operation Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team in Notting Hill, Victoria, as we continue to expand. In this position, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to daily improve business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and distributor data in the system. Perform sourcing, cleansing, merging and management of data from various sources across the business.
• Prepare business opportunity analysis reports on a regular basis, track performance, record corrective action plans and monitor their progress.
• Collect sales forecast data and track order shipments, alert business of potential risks in the forecast, support GM in target assignment and resource allocation.
• Provide various data analysis support according to sales and business needs.
• Follow company’s data management policy when sharing and providing data.
• Be proactive with ideas and recommendations and help drive the business outcomes
• Other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (Economics, Analytics, Statistics).
• Min 3 years of proven experience as a data analyst
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with and making commercial sense of numbers
• Advanced in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP C4C, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
• High level analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage in broader business issues to contribute as a credible expert within key knowledge areas
