Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer reviews and Q&A’s Assist in the product life cycle – from product creation through to launch
  • Conduct daily/weekly website audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to marketing initiatives
  • Oversee all website content pages Copywriting for product descriptions, EDM’s and social media channels
  • Support the execution of eCommerce and Marketing initiatives
  • Updating and maintaining the website as required, including enrichment and merchandising
  • Manage third party marketplace channels
  • Support with digital marketing (Google Adwords, Retargeting, Facebook), marketplaces, affiliates and digital acquisition & retention strategies

Job Requirements

  • Shopify and NetSuite ERP experience preferred but not required
  • Can work independently but also be a team player
  • A drive to learn and grow, with a genuine interest to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
  • Experience of working within a retailing/fast paced business will be of benefit
  • Extremely passionate, self-driven and eager to join a growing company and build a career path internally.
