  • Optical Experience_: While optical experience is not essential – you must be willing to learn about optics as part of your role. Optics training will be provided!
  • Teamwork_: Ability to inspire, motivate and provide support to your team in order to thrive as a store
  • Effectiveness_: Work under pressure along with being able to delegate tasks effectively
