A new opportunity has become available for a talented Operations Support Analyst to join our team. This role is reporting into the Operations Support Manager and will be based out of our Melbourne CBD office when not working remotely.   

This is a varied, fast-paced and agile role where you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Operations Support Manager to understand program goals and objectives to deliver. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying patterns, trends or issues and support improvement opportunities and innovation programs  
  • Responsible for the integrity of the document management system and creation of new material as required as well as the design and development of relevant resource materials i.e. work instructions, procedure manuals, quick reference guides 
  • Change Management; engage relevant stakeholders and lead the implementation of changes to systems, processes, and procedures 
  • Act as a stream lead on projects where appropriate, including reporting, delivering updates and presenting to key partners
  • Complete end of month reports by compiling and analysing data from multiple sources, including Customer NPS analysis and support of related initiatives 
  • Customer advocate – have the customer experience front and centre when analysing existing/ proposed processes and recommending changes 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business operations area, preferably supporting customer-facing teams, with a strong understanding of operational processes and systems. (Experience in the healthcare industry and working with government bodies is highly desirable). 
  • Demonstrated commitment to and delivery of process improvements.  
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio as well as an ability to adapt and use new software. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders. 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret a range of data and results, identify opportunities and build recommendations in relation to improved performance.
